The last several times I have seen this happen in the Wimington area it was being done by both male and female drivers but all appeared to be Latino as well. I wonder if this is the norm for the Illegal Aliens to not know what the laws are on our roads? Or is it that they are already breaking the law being here and just don't care? And if they are not Illegal, then they are just breaking a serious law and should be caught and sent home anyway. Think of the stink being stirred up if a white driver hit a latino kid.
