I'm sorry but with all the problems facing the county and the city you would think that our recently elected officials would have a chance to have "open mike night".
What a concept - talk about anything and everything. Have residents suggest items.
Propose combining HR/Safety departments for city and county governments.
Combine fleet repair and insurance policies.

Those are just 2 items off the cuff.
