... if they don't do it on the day that they scheduled it for it'll have to be done on another day that wasn't the originally scheduled day. That'll mean redoing all of the official paperwork, then duplicating the paperwork, triplicating the duplicates and then destroying the originals so that everyone is treated politically correctly by just getting a copy instead of an original. If this isn't done exactly in the prescribed official way it would also have to be considered an "unofficial burn" and then they'd have to do it again to make it "official", not to mention having to justify the additional resources expended on the burn that wasn't actually the "official" one to the accounting department.
If more people just took the time to try to understand this, they wouldn't be making all of these silly comments about a little wind.
Oh ... One more thing ... These fires never get out of control on windy days like these and I know that for a fact because I read it on the internet!
