Go to the Bladen County website, www.bladeninfo.org. Under the emergency services tab you will see a link to register for Delta Alert. Delta Alert is a reverse 911 system that will relay information to involved resident's in cases such as the train de-railment or anh incident that resident's need to be informed on. This would have notified you of the evacuation and when it was safe to return home.
