My personal opinion from expirience.. LEO has other issues than worrying about freaking mopeds.. 50cc 150cc or otherwise.. However the law needs to focus on them regarding the 30 mph speed limit on flat surfaces ( mine does 75 down hill shussssh! ) Make sure the rider complies with the .08 BAC tolerance.. And basic rules as a car or truck under 24K GVWR regarging NCGS 20-150 rules.. Dont be hatin ..And dont hate it when a 150cc moped leaves ur @## sittin in the dust.. I have 3 .. My bad
With upgrades even.. Its a game called>> Dont get caught.. Nuff said
