Just not this area. Not only will it not bring in the amount of tourists needed to keep itself afloat (pun definitely intended), but it'll sink the battleship as well by sniping its visitors. Then we'll be minus both boats.
There's got to be room somewhere else. How about Pamlico somewhere, or Beaufort?
