This will continue over and over until our govt takes steps to control , in a responsible way, the use sale and consumption of these cheap,illegal vegetable products.
as long as its stays how it is, the prices are inflated , so it will remain a lucrative option.
when anybody under 21 can get a hold of illegal drugs , faster than alcohol there is a problem. lets stop putting our heads in the sand and put them all out of business .
