that is all true and I dont argue a bit of it... but if you want to hire 5 more cops just ask for funding for 5 more cops and dont paint it up like you got your ideas from the movie Diehard. Also, that scanner app is 4 years old... so why was this not addressed 4 years ago... regardless my point was just the silly packaging not the content.
