Vog, while it is mandated, it is one of the worst run agencies in government. If the Postal Service is going to compete with private enterprise, then let them at least break even. If not, sink. I agree with some of the others. Cut service to three days a week. I hardly receive any mail that is not junk anyway. UPS and FED EX deliver 99% of the packages I receive. Become profitable, at least break even or fall by the wayside.
