This is horrible. I have family in the military and what they have to go through and give up for our freedom is bad enough and now the goverment wants to cap their pay. They deserve a raise not a cap. The congress can raise their pay while the rest of the country had to do without. I have gone without a rasie for the last eight years and it's not easy with this economy but I still say that the military deserves more than what they are getting. Shame on the government.
