So for "Months" Officers knew he was drinking and driving correct? And for "months" they did nothing about it correct? And this comes "months" after the former Police Chief was arrested correct? So "months" ago all the town council hired was another "puppet" to do what ever the town council says correct? It's a shame you can't just hire a Cop to be a Cop anymore..
