That estimate was based upon a numeric study that said we had major highways and several military bases in state - nothing more.

No studies done to determine the scope of the problem.
Now Hamilton and Goolsby want to throw money at it to make themselves feel good. Money for counselling, rehabilitation, and halfway houses where they can be fed.
I raised 3 girls and I am adamantly opposed to prostitution, sex trafficking and violence against women. But I'll be damned if I want my Rep to throw $ at a problem that they have such a lack of information on.
