Those hotels on the Market St. corridor are some of the most seedy, sleazy places I've ever seen. (and I've only seen them when I drive by). The element that is seen walking aimlessly up and down that street is scary. This article is not surprising, although QUITE SAD. That Market st. corridor needs a HUGE clean up! What a disaster. Ugh.
