If you take the 300 million dollars and divide it by 1500( the number of jobs) you get $200,000 per employee. if you divide the $200,000 by 15 years you get $13333.33 per employee per year. If you divide the $13333.33 by the number of working hours in 1 year (2000) you get $6.66 per employee per hour!
