I hope they do pass the ban, not because I care if someone smokes outside but because I am tired of seeing smokers throw their Butts down wherever they choose, even dumping their ashtrays on the side of the road, I wish the govenor would put a 25 cents deposit on each butt in a pack, refundable on return of "butt", at least someone would get to claim the deposit that was cleaning up after these pigs.
