Wilmington theater offers Oscar Best Picture nominee marathon

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- It's less than two weeks until Hollywood's biggest night, which means time is running out to catch all of Academy Award nominees for Best Picture. But a Wilmington movie theater is offering a solution.

Regal Mayfaire 16 is offering an Oscar Marathon. It gives you the chance to see all the Best Picture nominees over two days.

The Oscar Marathon is split into two blocks and runs for a week, the theater says. Block One will play on Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Block Two will play on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. More details are below.

And don't forget, you can watch the Academy Awards on ABC and WWAY NewsChannel 3 Sunday, Feb. 24.

Block One: Plays Friday; Sunday; Tuesday, Feb. 19; Thursday, Feb. 21
"Beasts of the Southern Wild": Noon
"Life of Pi": 1:50 p.m.
"Les Miserables": 4:20 p.m.
"Amour": 7:20 p.m.
"Lincoln": 9:50 p.m.

Block Two: Plays Saturday; Monday, Feb. 18; Wednesday, Feb. 20
"Django Unchained": 12:15 p.m.
"Silver Linings Playbook": 3:20 p.m.
"Zero Dark Thirty": 5:45 p.m.
"Argo": 8:45 p.m.

Tickets are $30 for one day, or $50 for two days. Customers attending the marathon also get a coupon for a Medium Drink and Medium Popcorn for $5.
