why don't we just go ahead and get this thing done properly? Just think of the revenue we will be making for our state if it is taxed & regulated! Less for foreign cartels, more for our state-strapped budget, it's a win/win all the way around. If anyone who wants to smoke it will get it however they can, why not fund our budget insted of giving more foreign "aid" to illegal drug trafficking?
