Yes, by all means, let the star-struck "city leaders" change ordinances to guidelines so film makers have free reign to do anything they want anytime they want regardless of how taxpaying residents feel. I think Save the Cape Fear might have an idea going, as they said something about turning the now defunct (hopefully) land where the new port was to be built into a movie-making area. Sounds like a plan to me.
