Jerry Richardson is worth 500 million and he is asking for us to pay so he can make more money. If they do anything they should loan him the money when he puts up the team and Stadium up as collateral. That way the tax payers will get there money back.

It costed 248 million to build and is own by Carolinas Stadium Corp which is a private company. So, all money that is generated there does to the private owners.
