I'm having a whale of time trying to understand why full-time criminals like this are continually allowed to freely travel about in society. I suppose I can understand getting let-off for a crime or two, but look at this:
This criminal has TWENTY FOUR felony convictions ranging from larceny, B&E, car theft, cheat, receiving stolen property, etc.
This criminal has an additional FIVE misdemeanor convictions.
All of this began in 1996 when he was only 18 years old and he's been hard at it ever since.
Our legal system needs help in a bad way!!! There simply is no excuse for this!
Why are these criminals allowed back into society?
