Deputy Joe Cherry is an idiot. Where did he get the idea that these people tend to listen to Deputies over Police? Blue lights are blue lights. Sounds like he has a misconstrued sense of self and holds himself, and all other Sheriff's Deputies, in a seemingly omnipotent light.
