I believe if WWAY did more research on this accident they may find a deeper issue. At least once a week, parents of CFES and CFMS receive an early morning phone call alerting parents of a delayed bus. Many of the calls report "trying to find a driver," "bus (#) will also run the route for bus (#),"bus (#) is broke down." Not sure if it is due to the ability to discipline the drivers because of lack of drivers.
