You are missing out on something historical. It appears that some of the rock bands that formulated in the 1960's, 1970's could possibly go into another generation. Lynyrd Skynyrd has an immense following to have only one of their original members playing. Several of the new guard are much younger than Gary. Doug Gray with Marshall Tucker is trying to pull it off. Furthur (Grateful Dead) is selling out every show quickly with only Bobby and Phil being the original members. The Allman Brothers have only 3 of their original members are are still a phenomenal act. I for one support these groups and would like them to continue in some form or fashion into many more years of their great music. After seeing Dweezil Zappa a few weeks ago, doing his Father's work, I believe he has pulled it off. They were great. By no means a cover band at all!
Why So Negative?
