True. Grapevines can be misleading. However asking to see a toxicology report isnt asking a whole lot. Lets say that you got into a wreck and needed to be taken to the hospital. Your blood alcohol level would be measured there if you refused the breathalyzer or were in a condition where you could not perform the test. I just think the same rules should apply to everyone. A badge doesnt mean your allowed additional rights. If this deputy was in pursuit of a speeder and had an accident as a result then there should be no problem releasing the toxicology report publicly. Once again. Im not pointing the finger at anybody. I would just like to see this handled in the same manner as any other accident. Maybe if highway patrol was there these test could have been performed or at least brought up by someone more official than myself
