The current laws are very retrictive in how the funds can be used.
He's proposing more of the funds be allocated to tecnology and "virtual" learning.
He won't have any say in which firms the school districts use to achieve these goals.
And I believe he also wants to close the loopholes which allowed the 2 most recent Governors to use the Lottery funds for their personal agendas. I never could find out if there was a requirement those funds siphoned off by Bev and Mike had to be repaid.
Where are you coming up with all this stuff about him giving the funds to his cronies? I never read that. The school districts still control where the funds are spent.
