Be thankful you have progress to begin with because even with a 10% increase it would still be less than Four County Monopoly (oops i meant Co-op). Had to call Four county they dont even list their rates on the website. Four County 10.865 per kilowatt hour and Progress is 9.35 per kilowatt hour. At least progress had their rates listed easy for everyone to see. Just be thankful if you have progress because Four county service sucks and their rates are ridiculous. We should have a choice. Competition is good for EVERYONE!
