It's probably a soon-to-be ex-husband that wanted to make sure the soon- to -be ex-wife didn't take his last scrap of assets before the divorce was finalized. Either that or some idiot that thought he'd fast-track his career in the bomb-squad by building and defusing bombs in his storage unit. I don't think they'll take you now, Skippy!
