Politicians are tasked with spending OUR money - they need to do so judiciously - but OPENLY. The same holds true even if the meetings are non-spending in nature.
Goolsby's law is saying we're taking this seriously.
Entities like council or County Commission CAN still go into closed session for specific discussions (like personnel issues) or other things.
