at UNC, fraternity houses are private property. I don't think the cops can get a subpoena to bring in drug dogs to search a frat house just because it is a frat house.
however, at State a lot of the "houses" are university owned buildings, so if State wanted to crack-down then maybe they could do some random drug searches... not sure what the laws are. Same with dook and the fraternity dorm "sections".
