So if state funding is used for private schooling I would then assume these private schools would meet all the criteria the state schools have to meet?

BTW - the U of Phoenix is now on probation as far as college accreditation goes. This is a big set back for the online degree programs as Phoenix was supposedly the one closest to being fully accredited.
