Obviously -- Mr. Raheeme Jamil Washington ( or whatever his real name really is ) pefers to live in a prison cell rather than on the outside. The Courts and DOC should honor his intent to return to prison by him commiting another felony crime, as haveing been just released from secure custody for merely 2 weeks. Convicted felons are a liability to a civilized society -- anywhere in any country. We don't need them loose again in the public sector, and Mr.Raheem is a classic example. Our Parole/Probation system and Politicians need to address this problem ASAP.
