I am so sorry for the family who lost their love one. May God bless them. It is time for all the repeat drunk drivers to start getting punished the first time they do it. If they do it and get by with it they are going to do it again until they get caught again. And how many times could that be, before they get caught again . Well I personal think the lawyers and judges that keep giving them more chance to kill someone should be sued by the family in a civil case and get monies from them for letting them out and doing this awful crime of murder. Because that is what is MURDER. If you did that I think they wouldn't even think about letting them go on the first charge of DWI. I wonder what they would do if it was their family member? Just asking.
