If you read her blog, she was using Richard to get a charge against her attorney.
Also, her ex boyfriends girlfriend was using her to testify against the father of her child....at least that was the plan, until it backfired and she found herself convicted of stalking. Then she was no longer a credible witness to his violent behavior, which would have prevented him from being able to see his child.
That's the reason she kept going back to Richard White. Her attorney never was under investigation.
She was using sex to try and get Richard to have the district attorney charge her attorney with something to get her off the hook.
When the whole thing blew up in her face, she filed charges against Richard White to try and save face.
Those who question why she kept seeing Richard alone, three times after he "groped" her, have a point. You don't keep sticking your hand on a hot stove after it burns you.
