"The victim has a pattern of coming out battered from court hearings." -- Well, if you make false accusations, court doesn't usually go very well. Lets not forget, SHE is the one who had a protective order put on her, SHE is the one who was convicted of stalking and harassing phone calls. Charges, accusations and complaints made by her have all be dismissed.
