How does a person even speed down 4th st? He ran into a house? wow. Guess he couldn't see it? lol. well, we all know it could have been a car full of people or innocent walking on the sidewalk or sitting on their porch.
Lets see if this drunk with no respect for the no speeding, no drunk driving Laws gets any active jail time so he can learn a lesson . If he gets the usual "slap on the hand" in court we know we will see him on the news again. Next time for killing one of our loved ones.
