Vog, did you notice that you linked to a commentary not a news article? And an incorrect one at that. It refers to the NC government being ran by both Ds and Rs when the unemployment insurance tax was cut 1992 to 2000. Right when we had a Democrat Govenor and Democrat controlled GA.
The real problem is not unemployment benefits and unemployment tax contributions, but unemployment. And unemployment will grow as long as people keep believing the government will fix the problems and keep voting for communists like Obummer.
