You would think

Due to all the water restrictions and such that the gated communities of the area would fall under that ban. In fact a flyer passed out in one very gated community only asked that we consider the voluntary restrictions. I thought there was a more pressing need to conserve from the governor than a voluntary anything. And that the city council plans to impose mandatory $500 fines and the like. Mayor Saffo continues his watering schedule without a pause every morning. I guess hiding behind a gated community allows him to go unobserved. I however have chosen to wash my dog, several times a day, in a different spot of the yard, with a water hose. Works perfectly! Mr. Saffo continues to rub his nose at all of you that voted for him and are having to abide by the impose watering ban while his yard is as green as ever. Just ride by and see, oops! Fogot! You just CAN'T!
