You're kidding, aren't you? It is CLEARLY stated in the article and the video that the officer and traffic were moving at 50mph, which would put the driver at no more than 60mph. And I hardly think that an improper lane change compares to a police officer intentionaly caused this accident. According to you, the police officers driving (10 under in the passing lane, improper lane change, speeding when he passed the driver, not leaving enough space between traffic when changing lanes, not to mention the brake check which would normally be written as reckless driving) is just fine but the drivers is no good? Are you one of those people who thinks that cops can do no wrong and are above the law? Or are you good buddies with the offiver in question? Either way, your sense of reality is way off.
