When i read the article it says 400 million in reserve for rainy days. How is that a dangerous thing if it is a reserve the money should not even be spent yet.At least he is trying thats more than we normally get. I have no problem with cuts from these colleges to much waste going on and wrong agendas squandering my tax money,just like the new boat for marine tecs hopefully he will stick to that cut also.
