Oh I see what this is about- HE "wants $2.7 million to rebrand and retool the state's economic development strategy" meaning there is a crony consultant waiting in the wings waiting for the 2.7 million and then HE wants "$2 million to consider government reorganization" which is corporate speak for reducing services and cutting positions. "Reorganization" is never about providing service. Its always about cutting personnel.
