Chairman Bill Sue removed Mr. Warren from a meeting because of his constant interruption of a meeting. Could the New Hanover chairman White declare Berger a threat to the safety of the board given the fact that he willfully breached the security of a ranking state official. Given Bergers action isn't he a serious interruption any time he attends a meeting.
Berger seems capable of violent action based on his behavior. Do the commissioners have to wait until he finally crosses the line and hurts someone or himself before they can act? Just asking!
