UNDERAGE DRINKING

Why not go to this site http://www1.aoc.state.nc.us/www/calendars/DWIQuery.html and look at the date of births for those awaiting trial for DWI then tell me how enforcing laws about underage drinking is simplistic. The bus should take these kids right to rehab.
