this is a good idea....but if this nation really wanted to stop drunk driving they should make it mandatory for ALL cars to have breath-a-lizers in them. Then the police could focus on other crimes....and it would free up our courts as well... as we all know drunk driving is dangerous but it is also a big money maker for the courts, the lawyers etc...so this will never happen....are they more concerned about our safety or the money in their pockets.
