It clearly states she had been under treatment since 2006.
She was hired in 2010.
Simple question -- did she advise she was under a Doctor's treatment for allergies? Simple Yes or No.
Having said that, it appears the Principal took immediate steps when he became aware of her health issue. Which causes me to think it was not a part of her 201 file. Which means she did not provide notice of any health issues at the itme of applying for the job.
