I agree the City Attorney should stand up and sue for all that was spent to handle this concert that never happened. It made me sick to see Lineberry (their attorney) rocked back in his chair behind his desk with a smirk on his face because New Hanover County had been taken. Pollard would win. With Lineberry as their Attorney, they have nothing. Lil Wayne himself probably couldn't get the "Duke" to call him back. Someone should pay for all the money spent on Law Enforcement officers and New Hanover employees that had to prepare for this farce. Mr. Lineberry seemed to know that if he didn't sell enough tickets that he would not perform. Shame on him for screwing his community.
