How about the citizens sue LIL Wayne for not showing up. Seems like the only person that violated the terms of the contract were Lil Wayne. I think he should have to perform for free and pay back the taxpayers for the money the county had to spend for security for a concert that he never appeared for. Seems sorta funny that he was out "partying" with the boys when he was suppose to be performing. Guess he is represented legally by Dewey Cheatham and Howe. This LIL Wayne is like a hurricane, all the excitement and anticipation and it ended in diseaster and cost us the taxpayers money.
