Bad neighbors and bad drivers are everywhere. Wildwood Village has its share but no more than other places I lived. I choose Wildwood Village because it didn't have an active POA to restrict my rights as a homeowner. Why pay POA fees? We pay Shallotte City taxes and that should get us additionl speed limit signs, if needed. The police have always reponded quickly and professionally any time I've needed them. I'm happy I bought a home in Wildwood Village . . . and others seem happy too, as there are very few homes for sale here.
