Bistro Blonde needs to give Rafaellas another try. I am a fello foodie and find that hands down they have the best italian food in town. Portions are generous, sauces are divine, the $5 daily apps. (I think from 5 to 7 pm) can't be beat. Definately the best mussels in town. I agree in the beginning they had many kinks to work out. I gave it another shot a couple of months ago and now go at least once a week. The bar has become a great locals gathering place. Especially with the $5 apps. Believe me BB it will be worth your while.
