I AGREE THAT CALLING THE KIDS MONKEYS WAS NOT THE WAY TO GREET A CUSTOMER,,,BUT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE MOM IS TH ONE THAT BROUGHT THE N WORD INTO THE PICTURE..BELIEVE ME I TOO DETEST THAT WORD AND I AM WHITE.
MAYBE THE SUPERVISOR SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO "CUSTOMER RELATIONS 101" AND MOM NEEDS TO GET A FREE RIDE TO FLORIDA FOR HER AND THE KIDS AND A FORMAL APOLOGY..AND MOVE ON...LIFE IS TOO SHORT
