ELIZABETHTOWN, NC (WWAY) -- An Elizabethtown man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly selling crack cocaine.
According to Elizabethtown Police Chief Bobby Kinlaw, 56-year-old Levale Rogers was arrested after selling cocaine to undercover narcotics agents on multiple occasions.
Kinlaw said officers served a search warrant on Rogers’ home where they found over 18 grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Officers also seized a 2011 Honda, the vehicle used by the suspect during the drug buys.
Rogers now faces 12 drug related charges including: 2 counts Felony PWISD Cocaine, 2 counts Felony Manufacturing Cocaine, 2 counts Felony Maintain Vehicle for sale of cocaine, 2 counts Felony Sell Cocaine, 2 counts Felony Deliver Cocaine, 2 counts Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Rogers was released from jail after posting a $21,000 secured bond.
